We are a small in home breeder, we do not have tons of kennels in our backyard. Every dog in our household gets equal attention and lives inside our home. All puppies are treated the same given lots of love, attention, care. They all get plenty of socializing with other dogs, adults and kids. Penelope’s Mini Weenies aims to provide Individually unique minatures that are healthy and happy. We send our puppies to loving homes only and only after 8 weeks. No Exceptions
